CrnaBerza is a great place to download a wide range of free indie content at an excellent speed. There are several reasons such as great seed-to-leech ratio i.e. better download speed, extensive free indie content library, and unique bonus system which make this tracker shine.

Is CrnaBerza safe?

For a torrent site to be safe for browsing, it needs to have an SSL certificate, which CrnaBerza does have. By using tools such as SEOQuake and MOZ, you can easily check the credibility of a website by gauging Domain Score (DS) and Trust Score (TS). Based on my research, CrnaBerza has a domain score of 6 and a trust score of 32 which is extremely dicey. Sure, it’s not uncommon for torrent sites to have a DS less than 15 and a TS less than 40. But given that CrnaBerza first started its journey back in 2006, I’m disappointed that the domain score isn’t higher than 50.

Nonetheless, the classification is much simpler as compared to most of the free torrent sites out there. Thus, it’s pretty simple to understand how the hierarchy works on this platform.

If you have a good ratio, you can stay ahead of the pack when it comes to downloading new free indie content. For instance, if you have a ratio below .50, you have to wait for two days. Alternatively, if you have a ratio above 0.9, you get the available content within 6 hours.

It primarily caters to the Croatian audience, however, since it’s available in English, users from around the world shouldn’t have a problem using the site. It has tons of torrents including free HD indie content. There are over 60,000 seeders as opposed to 513 leechers and 61,142 peers. The site has an impressive seed-to-leech ratio of 1.78.

You can check the Alexa ranking for any site to understand their popularity on the internet. As per those rankings, CrnaBerza is ranked #195,710 which makes it amongst the top 200,000 websites on the internet. It attracts more than 173,000 users a month and an average visit on the site lasts for more than 43 minutes. An average user visits 10 pages before bouncing off the website. These are mind-boggling stats. I’ve never seen such an amazing uptime on any of the sites I’ve reviewed thus far.

CrnaBerza Rules

Before you join CrnaBerza, there are three sets of rules that you need to know about. CrnaBerza has quite a generic website layout. The teal blue color along with the light gray background can be seen on dozens of private torrent communities. I suppose it’s a particular platform that gives it this default look. You have all the meat towards the right and data on the left which includes Donations, Statistics, User Groups, and other details. Towards the center, you have polls, member information, requests, and forum pages.

The #1 parameter that people judge before joining a private torrent tracking community is the seed/leech ratio. Everybody wants to maintain a good repo and easy maintaining a positive image goes a long way in strengthening the relationship.

Suggestions I have for CrnaBerza

While I do like most of the things on this platform, I’m not a big fan of the layout. Given that the website is attracting more than 170,000 users a month with over 700 donators, it’d be great if the mods could spend some money on the website’s visual appeal.

Conclusion

On a global level, CrnaBerza is not even among the top 200 private torrent trackers. However, when you just see it from a Croatian perspective, it is easily among the top 3 sites. CrnaBerza has everything that you look for in private torrent sites plus easy sign-up. Thus, if you do get an opportunity to become a member, I don’t think you should pass.
