After translating certain words, I found that the categories are similar to other private forums on leading torrent sites.

TurkTorrent though it has a similar layout to other torrent sites, does have a unique color combination. The red, white, blue color combination helps separate key elements on the website. Unlike other torrent sites that are extremely text-heavy, TurkTorrent has a good number of service icons and thumbnails which add to the visual flavor. The tracker categories section is my favorite in regards to design because all the options are accompanied by small icons.
