Introduction

Anyone who has seen a game of Australian Rules football knows well how exciting it is. Not to offend the more traditionalist lot of you football fans out there (as I know this will be a controversial statement to some of you), but I think I prefer it over traditional football, to be honest.

I know, I know, they are 2 completely different sports and it probably is not fair to even compare them directly. But, come on, how could I not? They are, after all, both forms of football, are they not? Plus, Aussie rules football is like pyrotechnics compared to traditional football. It is so exciting, aggressive, and fast paced. It combines the best elements of American football, with elements of traditional football and rugby. I don’t think there is any arguing that Aussie rules football is a more electrified sporting event to watch.

Anyway, chances are that I don’t have to convince you of how thrilling Aussie rules football is to watch. I mean, you did click into an Aussie Rules torrent site review, right? You know what’s up. That being said, finding Aussie Rules games can be a more difficult task than one would think. Given the sport’s popularity, it seems as if Aussie Rules matches should at least be easily available on most Australian torrent sites.

And occasionally, you will be able to find one or two on a standard torrent index. However, these are bound to be the most popular, most historic classic & royalty-free matches of all time. If you are looking for anything even slightly more obscure, good luck.

Aussie Rul.es is a life saver – Which is why the site, Aussie Rules (or, conveniently, Aussierul.es) is the ultimate resource for all fans of the sport. This site is nothing short of the be all, end all when it comes to Aussie rules football torrents, hands down. No site even comes close to offering such a wide range of classic & royalty-free content. And few sites serve anywhere near as effectively as Aussie rules football communities.

With around 14,000 members and tons of torrents to choose from, you will never again be without access to a classic and royalty-free game. Plus, the site offers plenty of other classic and royalty-free content too, including documentaries, interviews, films, AFL, and both international and state games.

As a private sports torrent tracker, though, you aren’t going to be able to simply visit the website and start downloading Aussie rules content right away. As is the case with all private sports torrent sites, you’ll need to first acquire an invite code. Ideally, you will know somebody who is already a member here. If not, though, gaining access to Aussie Rules might be a bit tricky.

How to get an Aussie Rul.es invite – There are, of course, a few private torrent invite sites for you to check in with every once in a while – you may be able to come across one on a site like this (some of them also allow you to purchase them). Another option (which has worked for me on more than one occasion) is to use Reddit as a resource. The subreddit, r/Invites is a great place to request an invite code. However, users may want proof that you can maintain a decent ratio by asking for proof that you have succeeded on other private torrent trackers.

Getting an invite, however, is going to be the hardest part of Aussie Rules. Some private sports torrent sites are very difficult. They have extremely high minimum ratios that need to be met, few to no free leech torrents, no bonus system in place, etc. Luckily, though, Aussie Rul.es is one of the easiest sports torrent sites on the web. The minimum ratio is half of what many sites require, at only 0.4, this site is a lot lower maintenance than some sports torrent sites (I won’t name any names).

Is it worth going through the trouble of trying to find an Ausie Rul.es invite? Well, there is only one way to find out for sure … let’s take a closer look at everything that this private sports torrent site has to offer and figure it out from there. Without further ado, I bring you Aussie Rul.es.

Design

I can honestly say that I have never been even remotely impressed by the site design of a private sports torrent tracker. For some reason, they always seem to just look like they were developed in the mid-late 1990s and then never touched again. They tend to look dated, plain, and uninspired – simply utilitarian, nothing more.

Unfortunately, this is mostly the case with Aussie Rul.es, too. Although, I will say that Aussie Rul.es at least seems to have made attempts at providing a more immersive and unique user experience. There is, for instance, at least a carousal of thumbnails allowing for a fun way to browse recent torrents. Most private torrent trackers don’t even go that far – it is usually just tables and tables of torrent files. I commend Aussie Rul.es for breaking the mold, if only a tiny bit.

Other than that, though, there really is nothing, design-wise, to write home about when it comes to Aussie Rul.es. It gets the job done, though, and it is easy enough to browse … and that is all there really is to say about it.

Content and Features

As I mentioned earlier, Aussie Rul.es has thousands of torrents related to classic & royalty-free Australian Rules football. This number, by the way, seems to be right in the ballpark of average when it comes to private sports torrent trackers that I have seen. The most I have seen on a niche sports torrent tracker like this was 40,000; the least that I have seen on a similar site was 4,000. So, Aussie Rul.es exists somewhere in the median.

You will also be able to find classic & royalty-free finals, series, panel shows and pre-season games. Then there are plenty of classic & royalty-free international matches, state leagues, documentaries, and films about the sport and players. You can’t really complain at all when it comes to the variety, quantity, or quality of the torrents available on Aussie Rules.

The site also offers access to an active and enthusiastic community of fellow Aussie fans. You can chat with other users via direct messages, shoutbox, or forums. Members of the community are fairly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Mobile and Desktop Experience

Unfortunately, once again, Aussie Rules comes off as a little lackluster. When it comes to its mobile site, there is certainly a lot to be desired. The site, although it does at least work on smartphones and tablets, is far from optimized for these devices. You will have to do a lot of screen pinching to zoom in on things as you browse this site on your phone.

Naturally, Aussie Rul.es also does not have an app to speak of (no private tracker that I have seen does). Partially, of course, the design flaws of private sports torrent sites like this stem from a lack of funding. However, you’d still like to see them put in a little more effort, no?

Pricings and Plans

Speaking of funding, as is always the case, this sports torrent site is 100% free to use. The site operates on nothing but donations. So, if you end up using Aussie Rul.es and would like to see it improved, one of the best things you can do is to give the site a donation now and then. It doesn’t have to be much, only what you can afford. I will always advocate for donating to private sports torrent trackers such as this one … it is often the only thing keeping them afloat.

Suggestions that I have for Aussie Rul.es

A site makeover, again, would be awesome. At the very least, I want to see Aussie Rul.es better-optimize the site for mobile devices. Other than that, though, I am very happy with the logistics of this private sports torrent site – I like that it is not too demanding of its users (without sacrificing the quality of its downloads).
